About
Sharon is a certified RYT 200 - Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga since 2019. She has been practicing yoga since 2000.
She also has been teaching bellydance since 2007 both at local community colleges and community centers and as an independent studio. Her stage name is Sapphire Raks.
Her intent is to make both yoga and bellydance accessible to all body shapes, sizes, and ages. Her teaching style is encouraging and inclusive.
