How Classes work -  NEW FORMAT starting July 2026

(May will have the Oh Oriental Drum Solo choreography)

Classes are continuously offered on Tuesdays at 7:30pm.

4-Class Passes can cross months (you have 6 weeks to use it from time of purchase).

This class is a place to start exactly where you are.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to “get it right.” You don’t need to perform.

Each class focuses on a simple combination of movements, giving you space to move, repeat, and get comfortable without pressure. Over time, you’ll begin to recognize the movements, feel how they connect, and find your way back into the dance even if you forget what comes next.

There’s guidance along the way, but it’s offered gently -

so you can take what you need and leave the rest.

If you ever decide to go deeper into choreography or performance, this class will give you the foundation to do so with confidence.

For now, it’s simply a place to move, learn, and belong.

How Progression Works

  • Movement between levels is by invitation and conversation, not tests

  • Dancers may move forward, pause, or step back as life changes

  • Returning to a previous level is considered maintenance, not regression

Progression reflects readiness to take on new expectations — not a judgment of worth or talent.

Guiding Principle

  • As dancers progress, the emphasis gently shifts:

From personal exploration
To shared structure
To collective expression and experience

  • Each level is complete in itself. Advancement is an option, not an obligation.
