Mission
to create a welcoming and accessible practice where students of all levels can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness in a way that serves them
Our Gift to You
Meditation Journal
Because our modern lives are so busy sometimes we forget to schedule in "me time". But when we do, we gift our families and friends with a better, calmer, less stressed out version of ourselves.
This journal is meant to be easy to incorporate into our busy lives. It is a weekly, not daily, routine that you get to choose how you use it. It has a Thought of the Week - 2 to 3 short paragraphs to set a theme for the week. It has 1 journal prompt. It has a week-at-a-glance page where you can plan out your top priorities for the week.
All on 8.5" by 11" pages to give you lots of room to write.
Oh, and bonus! a small coloring section for coloring meditation.

Meet Sharon Ross
Yoga is for everyone. My goal as a teacher is to create a welcoming, accessible practice where each student can explore what serves them. My teaching style blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, adapting to different abilities and needs to make the practice both grounding and empowering.
Beyond the mat, I balance many roles—yoga instructor, mother, wife, and project manager. I know firsthand that flexibility isn’t just physical—it’s a mindset. Yoga has taught me how to move through life with calmness, mindfulness, and resilience, and I love sharing that with my students.
I hold a RYT 200 certification with Yoga Alliance and have been teaching since 2019. I teach in English, creating an inclusive and supportive space for all.
My hope is that each student leaves class feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to themselves.
A Personal Note
Yes, most people say "wife and mother," but I often see myself as a mother first. Raising my children has been my greatest responsibility—one that has evolved from guiding them to coaching them as they grow. My husband, a war veteran who has been deployed twice, has been my partner in this journey, shaping my perspective on both motherhood and resilience.
Yoga, like life, is about strength, adaptability, and presence. I’d love to help you discover how this practice can support you—on and off the mat.
