Moon Salutations --- This two-part vinyasa practice offers a complete, well-rounded experience that balances steady movement with spacious release. The first class emphasizes Sun Salutations, standing poses, balance, and strength, using familiar sequences and repetition to help the body warm gradually and move with clarity. The pace is continuous but grounded, with options offered throughout. The second class shifts into a Moon Salutation and down-regulation phase, featuring wide stances, lateral movement, hip opening, and slower transitions. The practice gradually settles into floor work, supported poses, gentle inversions, twists, and a long savasana. Both classes are designed for students with some familiarity with yoga basics and comfort moving between poses. Clear verbal cueing is provided, along with frequent invitations to modify, pause, or choose a more grounded option. These practices are not about doing more or pushing harder.
